3. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• You may cancel anytime via your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Share or redistribute paid content without permission

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

Our Content: All instructional videos, curriculum materials, and Platform design are owned by No Dub and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without permission.

6. Community Guidelines

The Platform includes community features. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community standards. Decisions regarding moderation are at our sole discretion.

7. Marketplace

The Platform allows users to sell digital and physical products ("Marketplace"). By using the Marketplace:

As a Buyer: You understand that third-party sellers, not No Dub, are the sellers of Marketplace products. No Dub acts solely as a platform facilitator. We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of any products sold by third-party sellers.

As a Seller: You are solely responsible for your products, including accurate descriptions, quality, legality, shipping, and handling any returns or disputes. You agree to respond to buyer inquiries within 7 days and resolve disputes in good faith.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding Marketplace products are between the buyer and seller. No Dub is not responsible for refunds, returns, product defects, non-delivery, or any other issues arising from third-party sales. We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disputes directly.

Removal: We reserve the right to remove products or suspend sellers who receive complaints, sell prohibited items, or violate these terms.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:
