By accessing or using No Dub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel anytime via your account settings
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
  • Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Share or redistribute paid content without permission
  • Circumvent any security measures

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

Our Content: All instructional videos, curriculum materials, and Platform design are owned by Joseph Barry or No Dub and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without permission.

6. Community Guidelines

The Platform includes community features. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community standards. Decisions regarding moderation are at our sole discretion.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR.
